    Our esteemed litigation firm, specializing in medical malpractice, personal injury, and negligence cases, is seeking a dedicated and experienced paralegal to play a crucial role in supporting our legal team. We are committed to delivering top-notch legal services, and we are in search of a motivated individual who shares our passion for excellence.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation and legal proceedings in medical malpractice, personal injury, and negligence cases

    • Organize and maintain legal documents and case files

    • Conduct in-depth legal research and prepare concise summaries of findings

    • Draft, proofread, and edit a variety of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and correspondence

    • Manage and coordinate case calendars, deadlines, and court appearances

    • Facilitate communication with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel

    • Prepare, review, and file legal documents with courts and administrative agencies

    • Provide essential support for trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and trial binders

    • Perform administrative tasks to assist attorneys as required

    Qualifications:

    • Associate's degree in paralegal studies or a related field (Bachelor's degree preferred)

    • Paralegal certification or equivalent work experience

    • 2+ years of experience as a paralegal, with a strong preference for experience in medical malpractice, personal injury, or negligence litigation

    • Proficiency in legal research and case management software

    • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills

    • Keen attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy

    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a legal team
